Carrier Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Ltd. needed an interview with its Managing Director, Mr. Pankaj Mehta, at the company's Kurla office.
The interview covered Carrier Transicold's participation in the first World Food India Summit. Mr. Mehta reviewed his notes before recording and spoke without a prepared script.
We completed the setup in under 30 minutes and filmed the interview over the next 30 minutes. The final video was 62 seconds long.
We used a full-frame camera (Canon 6D), a lapel microphone and Porta lights with a diffusing umbrella. The edited video was delivered within 48 hours of the shoot.
The interview took place in the managing director's cabin. The limited space was the main filming challenge, so we positioned the camera and tripod outside the open cabin door.

The managing director referred to his notes before the interview began. He did not consult them during the recording.
The shoot took place on a Saturday, when there was little office noise. We used a lapel microphone to record his voice.
I personally checked the final video for lip-sync issues and audio lag before approving it. The edited interview was delivered within 48 hours of the shoot.
