PVDF Chemical Process Pumps »

Client: Fluorolined Equipment Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Valsad GIDC (Gujarat)

Brief For On-Site Shoot »

This project shows on-site industrial table-top products photography of chemical process pumps made by Fluorolined Equipment Pvt. Ltd. The photographs highlight true size, build quality, and finish, helping engineers and buyers clearly understand how the pumps are used in real factory conditions.

This industrial product photography↗ project focuses on clearly showing the design, range, and build quality of chemical process pumps made by Fluorolined Equipment Pvt. Ltd.

The goal was simple: show the products as they are—accurate, clean, and ready for real industrial use.

The shoot was done at the client’s factory in Valsad GIDC, Gujarat. Photographing the pumps on-site helped us capture their actual size, solid construction, and working environment. This is important for engineers and technical buyers who need to see real details, not studio tricks.

Since 2016, we have photographed more than 50 pump models and variants for Fluorolined Equipment. Working together over many years helped us keep a consistent visual style across catalogs, brochures, and digital platforms—even as new products were introduced.

Along with industrial product photography, we also supported the brand with brochure design↗ and industrial videos↗. These visuals are used across websites, printed brochures, presentations, and sales tools—making it easier for customers to understand product strength, reliability, and real-world applications.

Behind-the-Scenes Video Transcript »

This video shows a behind-the-scenes view of an on-site industrial table-top product photography shoot carried out at the manufacturing facility of Fluorolined Equipment Pvt. Ltd.

The products being photographed are fluorolined chemical process pumps used for handling corrosive and hazardous liquids in industrial applications.

Due to the weight and construction of these pumps, the photography is performed on-site using a table-top studio setup rather than transporting the products to our studio.

A portable studio arrangement is created inside the factory using a seamless white background. This setup removes visual distractions and allows the true size, shape, and finish of the pumps to be clearly documented.

Professional strobe lighting with diffusers is used to control reflections on curved metal surfaces, highlight casing thickness, flanges, and base plates, and maintain consistent exposure across different pump models.

The camera is mounted on a tripod to ensure stable framing and repeatable viewing angles. Each pump is positioned carefully so that front, side, and three-quarter views can be captured accurately.

This photography approach is commonly used for product catalogs, technical datasheets, brochures, websites, and sales presentations where engineers and procurement teams require clear and reliable visual information.

The video documents the actual photography process used for this project and reflects how industrial table-top product photography is executed for heavy engineering products inside manufacturing facilities.

Frequently Asked Questions: On-Site Table-Top Photography of Fluorolined Pumps »

Why were these pumps photographed at the factory?

It is not practical to transport heavy engineering products such as chemical process pumps, which can weigh more than 200 kilograms each..

What types of pumps were photographed on-site?

The shoot covered fluorolined chemical process pumps, including horizontal pumps and vertical pumps used for handling corrosive liquids.

What details are best captured during on-site pump photography?

On-site photography clearly shows the PVDF lining, casing thickness, flanges, base plates, shaft assemblies, and overall build quality.

Were the pumps photographed during actual production?

No. The assembled pumps were photographed in the on-site setup of lights, backdrop and camera.

Can these photographs be used for catalogs and brochures?

Yes. The images are shot at high resolution and are suitable for brochures, catalogs, websites, presentations, and sales material.

Why is lighting important in factory pump photography?

Controlled lighting removes harsh shadows and reflections. It helps show surface finish, shape, and lining details clearly.
